Mighty Chudan - vRoM drop, will need group here too. Engine Guardian - vDC2, easily obtainable and provides pretty decent sustain all around. Chokethorn - vEH1, easily obtainable and provides a very strong heal if you lack healing. That way you can compare the different stats of each set, because they all have the same base character values. The tooltip values of the sets are taken from an empty level 50 character. Please check the ESO set categories below to find the right subcategory. If you're trying to maximize sustain, healing, or defense I'd recommend these: The ESO sets library is always kept up to date and reflects the data ingame. Zaan - vSCP drop, you may need a group for this one as well. Balorgh - vMoS drop, difficult to obtain without a group. Slimecraw - Vet Wayrest I, very easy to obtain and a solid damage set for beginners. If you're trying to maximize DPS I'd recommend these: I would recommend building some defensive stats elsewhere that way you can maximize on a DPS or sustain based monster set. The ultimate gain is nice but the proc is unreliable in most situations. 
If you do rely on this set to stay alive, don't. In my honest opinion, with the right build you wont need the resistance Bloodspawn gives you. It's still a solid set for beginners, but down the road you might want something a little more effective as you play. Before I list my opinions on sets to wear please take into consideration I have no idea what your current build looks like, what you're looking for stat wise, or anything as such.īloodspawn used to be one of the top monster sets before it got nerfed.
